Kevin A. Schoeppel

Mr. Schoeppel has been licensed to practice law in the State of Florida since 1993. Prior to that, Mr. Schoeppel practiced complex federal litigation in the State of Oklahoma for ten years. Mr. Schoeppel is admitted in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the First District Court of Appeals, and United States District Court - Middle District of Florida. His practice includes private commercial insurance, construction, contract litigation, and the negotiation of complex business transactions.

In the field of construction law, Mr. Schoeppel has represented many engineers, contractors, and construction firms, as well as individuals, on construction claims for improper construction and/or design defects as well as defending engineers on negligence claims.
